Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note personalised items will take longer to process.

All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm EST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.

Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.

Large quantity purchases may add 2-4 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.

We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.
